OEE Loss
Other breakdowns - it means other downtime different than corrective maintenance
Maintenance breakdowns- it is related to corrective maintenance
QA Loss - it means the loss of OEE because of quality issues (eg : scrap )
QA stops - it means the breakdown because of quality issues
C/O - it means the loss of OEE because delay in change over
Speed loss - it means the loss of OEE because of cycle times losses
Output - the quantity produced by the equipments for which OEE is calculated
MU - Machine ( asset ) utilization

The OEE graph by day can be made both for each process and for the entire factory.
This graph is identical to the one presented above, the only difference being the recording of the OEE result and the events at the level of a week..
The weekly OEE results graph can present both production processes and for the entire factory, folloing the same model
This chart shows the evolution, the history of the OEE during the last 4 weeks.
In each column is the result of the OEE of each day of the corresponding week. At the end of the week, an OEE average of the 7 days is calculated, represented by other column.
Each process has set a target OEE for the optimal result, represented in the graph by the red line..
